Job summary

Shaw Trust in Great Yarmouth is seeking an IPS Service Manager to oversee the IPS programme's day-to-day delivery and overall performance. You will combine vision with relationship building and people management to drive results.

The role requires knowledge of the IPS model, a degree or equivalent experience, and proven contract or project management skills to ensure performance, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Understanding/Experience of the Individual Placement and Support model.
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Relevant previous contract or project management experience focused on supporting performance, quality and compliance.
  • Knowledge of provider and referral networks across the local area, with practical experience in accessing external support services and well-developed networking skills.

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery and overall performance of the IPS Programme.

Purpose

We are looking for a IPS Service Manager who can oversee the day to day delivery and overall performance of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Programme. Combining vision and direction with strong relationship building and people management skills, you will take accountability for project performance across our own delivery.

Essential

You will have:

  • Understanding/Experience of the Individual Placement and Support model
