Job summary

Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to cover Medway and Gravesham, delivering the IPS model to help people with health conditions or disabilities move into suitable work. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for multi-site work.

You will manage a caseload of around 25 participants, create personalised plans, support CVs and interview prep, and build links with local employers to promote inclusive recruitment.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach individuals independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 25 participants and provide personalised support from first meeting to sustainment of employment.
• Create Vocational Profiles and tailored Action Plans.
• Assist with CV writing, job searching, applications and interview preparation.
