Job summary

Framework Housing Association and Nottingham Recovery Network are seeking a passionate IPS Employment Specialist to join the Employment and Skills team in Nottingham. You will manage a caseload of individuals in structured treatment, provide tailored, person-centred support, develop vocational profiles and action plans, and help with job searches, CVs, applications and interview prep.

Based at the Wellbeing Hub, the role works across Nottingham City, building links with employers and treatment

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people into employment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, resilient and motivated to support recovery through work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals seeking employment within recovery.
• Provide tailored, person-centred support to identify strengths and goals.
• Develop vocational profiles and action plans; assist with CVs, applications and interviews.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams; build relationships with local employers.
