Are you passionate about helping others achieve their goals and thrive in meaningful employment? We’re looking for a dedicated IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health needs on their journey into sustainable, fulfilling work.
As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll:
You’ll support clients through every stage of their employment journey—from initial referral and vocational profiling to job searching, employer engagement, and securing paid work. Once in employment, you’ll provide tailored in-work support, gradually stepping back as clients gain confidence and independence.
This role covers the Borden and Petersfield area.
