Job summary

Red 5 People is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to support people with severe mental health difficulties into paid employment, using the IPS model. The role is based mainly in the New Milton area with substantial community work and travel to colleagues, clients and employers.

You will manage a caseload of about 20–25 clients, develop personalised employment plans, and help with CVs, applications and interview prep while building an employer network to promote inclusive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within employment services.
• Experience supporting people into work and employer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support people with severe mental health difficulties to achieve employment goals.
• Deliver IPS-based employment support and personalised plans.
• Help clients with CVs, applications, interview prep, and job searching.
• Build relationships with employers and identify opportunities.
• Manage a caseload of ~20–25 clients and maintain records.
• Travel between community locations and attend meetings.
• Provide ongoing in-work support and liaise with clinical colleagues.
