Job summary

Mactech Energy Group in Bristol is seeking an IPCM Engineer to support the Delivery Manager in providing a professional programme and project management service across IPCM programmes with potential to lead sub-projects. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in configuration management and governance.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance board activities, including preparation of presentations, reporting packs, action tracking, meeting minutes, and decision records.
• Coordinate with Design, Delivery, Commissioning, Nuclear Safety and Control Tower teams for consistent reporting.
• Lead the monthly Configuration Status Update by collecting and reporting KPIs, risks, deltas.
• Analyse configuration deltas, facilitate resolutions, and present mitigation recommendations.
• Support assurance and compliance through self-assessments and audits.
• Drive learning and continuous improvement by capturing lessons and tracking actions.
