Job summary

Mactech Energy Group is seeking an IPCM Engineer to support governance, reporting, and configuration management for IPCM programmes. The role involves coordinating across Design, Delivery, and Operations to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely governance actions.

The successful candidate will bring delivery-focused experience in project controls, engineering, or programme management, with strong stakeholder engagement and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Configuration Management, Project Controls, Systems Engineering, or Programme Management environments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify configuration deltas and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IPCM Board governance activities and prepare reporting packs, minutes, and records.
• Coordinate with Design, Delivery, Commissioning, Nuclear Safety, and Control Tower teams for consistent reporting.
• Lead the monthly Configuration Status Update with data, KPIs, risks, and deltas across configurations.
