- Significant PQE in Intellectual Property law.
- Broad IP matters including trademarks, copyright, design rights and patents.
- Experience advising on licensing and IP strategy.
- Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the IP practice, driving growth and visibility.
- Advise on contentious and non-contentious IP matters for clients.
- Collaborate with corporate and commercial teams to identify opportunities.
