IP Partner – Bristol

Our client, a prestigious UK Top 20 law firm with a global presence and teams spanning the US and UK, in in search of a Partner to contribute to continued growth and success of their intellectual property team.

Responsibilities

• Handling a comprehensive range of IP work encompassing both contentious and non-contentious aspects.


• This will involve managing matters such as IP rights disputes, negotiating agreements, overseeing assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements, research and development agreements and more.


• Collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US.


• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, whilst serving as a knowledgeable resource for IP expertise.


• Actively engaging in business development and client interactions to enhance both team and personal reputation as an IP specialist.

Qualifications

• 10+ PQE (guide only).
