Job summary

SSQ, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join its London-based disputes team. This busy role supports complex IP matters, with a focus on patent litigation, working with senior lawyers across all proceedings.

You will manage filing, hearings, document review, and liaise with clients and experts; strong organisational skills and knowledge of UK court procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior IP litigation experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Exposure to patent litigation is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of UK litigation procedures and court processes.
• Experience with High Court filings and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines.
