Job summary

Confidential, a leading specialist law firm, seeks Paralegals to support teams across Patent Litigation, Competition and Technology, Construction and Disputes. This role offers exposure to sophisticated matters and opportunities to develop in a demanding paralegal environment.

You will coordinate matters, assist with pre-hearing prep, maintain case files and liaise with clients and overseas firms, while contributing to a fast-paced legal team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting legal teams with the coordination and progression of matters.
• Assisting with pre-hearing preparation, including cross-referencing documents and preparing bundles.
• Preparing, organising and maintaining case files.
• Reviewing and analysing key documents for relevance and legal privilege.
• Proofreading legal documentation.
• Conducting document review and assisting with disclosure-related work.
• Liaising with clients, overseas law firms and other representatives.
• Coordinating and participating in international conference calls.
• Taking and drafting meeting minutes.
• Maintaining databases containing privilege information and legal advice.
• Conducting legal research and monitoring external legal databases.
• Providing general support to fee earners and assisting with ad hoc matters as required.
