We are seeking an IP/IT solicitor to conduct a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. You will enjoy a broad role across IP and IT, which will include:

1. Providing advice to clients on trade mark protection
2. IT related agreements
3. Licensing and exploitation of intellectual property
4. Software development agreements
5. Licensing agreements
6. Trademark issues
7. Data protection
8. A small amount of corporate support work

You will be given a high level of autonomy early on, with plenty of client responsibility. Business development is very much encouraged. We are open to candidates who are in the region of 2-6 years PQE.
