Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is assisting a leading IP practice in London to recruit an IP Associate or Senior Associate on a hybrid basis. The role targets both contentious and non-contentious IP work, with particular emphasis on trademarks, designs and copyright.

You will work with the UKIPO and other IP offices around the world, handle filing, monitoring, clearances and domain name issues, and support junior lawyers. You will also play an active role in business development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in IP law
• Passionate about IP matters
• Aptitude for business development in evolving markets

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of IP matters, including trademarks, designs and copyright
• Interact with UKIPO and other IP offices worldwide
• Handle filing, monitoring, clearances and domain name issues; contribute to disputes where relevant
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Play an active role in business development
