Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an IP Associate/Senior Associate in London with hybrid working. The role covers a broad IP portfolio including trademarks, designs and copyright, with exposure to disputes and international IP offices.

You will supervise junior team members and contribute to business development while collaborating closely with the UKIPO and other offices worldwide. A strong IP background is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or trademark attorney with 3+ years PQE.
• Passionate about IP matters.
• Aptitude for business development in evolving markets.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with focus on trademarks, designs and copyright.
• Work closely with the UKIPO and other IP offices around the world.
• Filing, monitoring, clearances and domain name issues as well as some disputes exposure.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and play an active role in BD.
