Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a DevOps & IoT Platform Engineer in Redruth, Cornwall. You will support the build, operation, automation and reliability of the digital infrastructure underpinning connected products and industrial IoT capabilities.

Initially focus on DevOps, cloud operations, IoT data flows, deployment automation and environment management, with a path into MLOps and ML platform engineering as capability matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Data Eng, or related field.
• Experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud operations.
• Familiarity with IoT data platforms and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve automation for cloud and IoT platform services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Maintain Azure development, test, QA and production environments.
• Contribute to secure platform configuration and monitoring.
• Monitor platform health and reliability across environments.
• Support data flows from devices to cloud and analytics.
