We are looking for an iOS Developer responsible for developing and maintaining the Moneybox app. Your main focus will be on creating iOS applications and integrating them with back-end services. You will work with a team of engineers across different layers of infrastructure, so collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product creation are essential.

What you’ll do

1. Support the Lead iOS Developer in developing the iOS application, contributing to a reliable app that simplifies investing for users, from feature suggestions to release.
2. Develop new features and maintain the Moneybox iOS app.
3. Lead development streams, enabling customers to achieve their financial goals.
4. Mentor and support iOS team members.
5. Suggest new features to enhance user experience and app reliability.
6. Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
7. Collaborate with the team to design and ship new features.
8. Support and lead architectural design improvements of the iOS app.
9. Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
10. Maintain code quality and organization.
11. Manage app releases and monitor post-release performance.

• Proficient in Swift and iOS frameworks.
• Experience from requirements gathering to app release.
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Advocate for clean, well-designed code.
• Experience mentoring other developers.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs with backend teams.
• Experience with UI/UX collaboration and auto-layout.
• Knowledge of mobile architecture, trends, and emerging tech.
• Experience with architecture patterns like MVP, MVVM, VIPER.
• Proficient with Git.
• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration.

Experience and skills - Desirable

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with CoreData or similar frameworks.
• Experience with complex interfaces, security, cryptography, and native animations.
• Proficient with CI tools.
