Fullstack Software Engineer | Femtech | Remote (EU)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Software Engineer to join a mission-driven team transforming women’s health. You’ll work across the stack with modern technologies like NestJs (Typescript), React Native (Expo), GCP, and PostgreSQL to build and scale a cutting-edge health app.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain core features across backend and mobile frontend
• Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to improve the user experience
• Contribute to real-time analytics, personalization, and app performance
• Help build scalable infrastructure and secure, privacy-compliant systems (HIPAA/GDPR)
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve the platform

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a full stack developer
• Proficiency in NestJs, Typescript, React Native (Expo), and cloud platforms like GCP
• Strong understanding of databases (e.g. PostgreSQL), APIs, and deployment pipelines
• Bonus: Experience in digital health, data analytics, or mobile-first products
