Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a global private markets investment manager to appoint an Investor Relations Manager in London, supporting fundraising, investor engagement and product positioning.

This role entails coordinating with capital formation and investment teams, producing investor materials, and ensuring timely, accurate communications to institutional investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in investor relations, capital formation, product specialist roles or private capital advisory.
• Strong understanding of private markets and closed-end fund structures.
• Infrastructure exposure and experience producing investor materials are advantageous.
• Experience managing institutional due diligence and investor queries.
• Excellent written communication, analytical and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities and ongoing relationships with institutional investors.
