Job summary

Tate Recruitment is partnering with a leading infrastructure investment manager to recruit a Capital Solutions & Investor Relations Associate in London with hybrid working. The role focuses ~60% on public markets, supporting investor engagement, fundraising, and communications across investment strategies.

You will work with senior stakeholders, assisting RFPs and DDQs, creating investor materials, preparing reports, and coordinating events to strengthen investor relations and ESG reporting.

Responsibilities

MUST have experience working within the public markets and a genuine interest in continuing in this area. This role is approximately 60% focused on public market activity.

We're partnering with a leading infrastructure investment manager to recruit a Capital Solutions & Investor Relations Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded investment platform, supporting investor engagement, fundraising initiatives and strategic communications across a range of market investment strategies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to institutional investors, fund management teams and investment professionals while playing a key role in investor relations, fundraising and marketing activities.

The Role

As a Capital Solutions & Investor Relations Associate, you will support a broad range of investor-facing and business-critical activities, including:

• Assisting with the preparation of RFPs, DDQs and fundraising materials
• Creating and maintaining investor presentations, pitch books, teasers and marketing collateral

About You

We're looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised professional with experience gained within investor relations, fundraising, capital raising, asset management, private markets, investment management, financial services communications or a related field.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality materials for institutional and professional audiences.
