Job summary

IWG plc, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, seeks a senior Head of Investor Relations to articulate our strategy to investors and analysts. You will develop an IR framework, maintain strong relationships with equity researchers, and provide critical market insights for leadership.

In this role, you will guide communications on regulatory matters, oversee quarterly earnings, and help prepare annual reports, contributing to the company’s long-term shareholder value and market

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with proven results in investor relations and capital markets.
• Experience dealing with investors and equity research analysts, building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by communicating clearly between internal and external parties.
• Manage equity research and investor relationships.
• Provide insights on market activity to leadership.
• Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues.
• Oversee quarterly earnings and conference calls.
• Work with legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Help prepare the company’s Annual Report and 10-K.
