THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners is retained by a leading private equity fund investing in the entertainment and media sector. The fund recently completed an above-target €1 billion+ fundraise and aims to strengthen its Investor Relations team. This associate-level role supports the Investor Relations Manager and Partner in LP communications, investor presentations, reporting, and ad hoc projects.

THE ROLE:

• Coordinate and produce investor communications such as quarterly reports, newsletters, and presentations.
• Manage investor queries and requests with timely and accurate responses.
• Support fundraising activities, including preparing pitch materials for prospective investors.
• Assist in due diligence, including RFP/DDQ responses and investor meetings.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to provide insights to investors.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a placement agency, in-house IR, investment banking, consultancy, or expert networks.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Solid financial literacy and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the LP market and private markets fundraising process.
• Fluency in additional languages (German, Korean, Chinese, or Japanese) is advantageous.
