About our client

Our client is a leading private equity growth firm looking to onboard an Associate into their London-based Investor Relations team. They are currently fundraising making it a great time to join. Their investment strategy is focused on growth capital and management buyouts and is led by a highly experienced team of investment professionals who continue to grow their diverse portfolio, many of which are household names. What the job involves

You will be responsible for all tasks related to fundraising and servicing their global institutional investor base.

• Preparation of materials for current and future funds - PPMs, pitchbooks
• Managing the LP diligence process
• Preparation of ad-hoc materials in response to specific investor requests
• Conducting investor research
• On-going engagement with investors and relationship management with existing investors
• Ensuring investor needs are met on an on-going basis - inclusive of dealing with requests, quarterly reports, and the organisation of key investor events, during and post fundraise

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background
• Experience in investor relations, placement agent, investment banking or other relevant role
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, plus strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to present numerical information insightfully
• Right to work in UK
