Qualifications

• 2–3 years of consulting experience in a similar PMO or programme support role.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with clear messaging.
• Experience turning large volumes of information into concise executive reports.
• Experience in fast-paced consulting with global stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, lookups, charts) and data presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional programme reports, dashboards and project trackers.
• Gather updates from global stakeholders and transform information into concise executive reporting.
• Produce weekly status reports, programme summaries and management information.
• Own and maintain project calendars, ensuring milestones are planned and delivered.
• Capture actions, decisions, risks and dependencies with accurate documentation.
• Support workstream planning through action logs, trackers and governance docs.
• Proactively follow up on overdue items and escalate delivery risks as needed.
• Maintain consistent delivery cadence across the wider programme team.
• Work across multiple priorities and adapt to changing client requirements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and high-quality outputs.
