Job summary

Tower Research Capital is hiring a technical PMO analyst in London to strengthen the Platform Strategy and Transformation team. The role combines PMO operations, tool-building, and documentation quality in a hybrid setup.

You will collect updates, build metrics and dashboards, and own selected projects. Proficiency in Python, Jira, and Confluence is expected, with a focus on practical PMO tooling and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of PMO, project coordination, or delivery-support experience.
• Ability to code in Python for automation and data work.
• Comfort building small UIs / internal tools with AI assistance.
• Ability to define and build metrics for reporting and dashboards.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage internal documentation.

Responsibilities

• PMO operations, metrics and reporting across projects.
• Develop dashboards and management information for leadership.
• Support portfolio and programme forums; track actions to closure.
• Maintain RAID logs and project data accuracy.
• Coordinate across engineering, business, and operations to unblock work.
