About the role

In your role as AssociateDirector you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.

This role will provide a great opportunity to support the Head of Property and Senior / Investment Directors with investment origination, execution and delivery of new investments together with supporting asset disposals across all property sectors within the UK portfolio.

The individual will have a versatile skill set to originate, underwrite and execute new investments across multiple sectors and themes that align with the property strategy.

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Private Markets you will:

  • Lead origination of UK-focused investment opportunities aligned to strategic themes
  • Evaluate and structure deals, managing due diligence and advisor engagement
  • Support formulation of investment strategy and identification of asset disposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tax, legal, compliance, and operational matters
  • Prepare and present Investment Committee papers with detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Assist with asset management plans and contribute to MSCI valuations and reporting
  • Promote ESG, Net Zero Carbon and RPI goals within investment and asset management activity

About you

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent with post-grad experience in investment or property advisory
  • Strong understanding of property investment, valuation, and asset management
  • Proven track record in origination and execution, including SPVs and JVs
  • Familiarity with ESG and Net Zero Carbon integration in property projects
  • High competence across multiple asset classes and leasing matters
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, driven team player with ability to self-start and follow through
