The position suits professionals transitioning from telephone sales into field-based or hybrid BDM roles, valuing initiative, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IFA sales with a track record of targets.
• Knowledge of outsourced investment solutions and the intermediary market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within intermediary and IFA sectors.
• Engage with intermediaries via telephone and field visits to promote investment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers and other key stakeholders.
• Present and explain outsourced investment products to meet client needs.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to client base growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey and service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
