Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Investment Servicing and Oversight Lead to ensure effective delivery and oversight of the platform's middle and back office investment servicing capabilities. The role leads a small team, owns the operating rhythm and MI, and drives issue resolution and continuous improvement across vendor and internal stakeholders.

This hybrid role is based in Swindon. The package includes a salary of £65,000-£75,000 depending on experience, plus a 15% on-target bonus,

Qualifications

• Experience in platform investment servicing operations.
• Regulated environment with focus on customer outcomes.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team is beneficial.
• Analytical and structured: uses MI to identify trends and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of vendor-delivered investment servicing.
• Own the monitoring of key Investment Servicing capabilities.
• Provide first line oversight for CASS-related operational controls and evidencing.
• Provide oversight of dealing operations, monitoring exceptions/fails, vendor controls and escalation of issues.
• Lead and develop the investment servicing analysts, setting work allocation and quality reviews.
• Own the operational rhythm with the vendor via service reviews and KPI/SLA packs.
• Drive continuous improvement of investment servicing processes and controls.
