Job summary

Servaada, a Wipro company, is seeking an Investment Administration Risk & Controls professional to join the team in Bath. The role sits at the bridge between IA (1LOD) and Compliance (2LOD), focusing on market surveillance, daily controls, reconciliations oversight, reporting and analytics to ensure controls are executed before escalation.

The successful candidate will own Line 1.5 responsibilities, lead MI and dashboards, and engage with IA, Trading Support, Technology, Clients and Risk to

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IA, market operations, and UK MAR surveillance indicators.
• Experience with control operation, reconciliations, and market-data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, modelling, market data) and ability to produce MI and challenge.
• Excellent communication and ability to constructively challenge stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily market-surveillance control suite, document results and oversee 2LOD escalation.
• Oversee reconciliations across positions, pricing, market data; consolidate break analysis.
• Produce daily IA control MI, reconciliation oversight MI, and market-surveillance analytics.
• Lead monthly look-backs across price behaviours, reconciliation trends, and liquidity events.
• Maintain dashboards for IA governance, 2LOD reporting, and Board packs.
