Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Training Lead responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive training curriculum for the Investment Reporting Team. This includes simplifying complex Finance concepts into accessible learning content.

The role requires collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with program outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging training materials and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience designing structured learning programmes or technical training pathways.
• Knowledge of Solvency II investment QRTs and credit risk reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with analytics systems and ERP platforms used in investment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training curriculum for the Investment Reporting Team.
• Create high-quality training materials including e-learning modules.
• Partner with project managers and SMEs to gather training requirements.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
