Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Accountant to join the UK Investment Accounting Team, delivering high-quality reporting for a varied portfolio of clients. You will produce, analyze, and organize comprehensive financial reports and statements, aligning with IFRS/FRS 102 where applicable.

This role offers the chance to work with a global team, develop your accounting expertise, and contribute to process improvements while supporting clients across property investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical knowledge and judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly and quarterly management reports for clients.
• Create IFRS/FRS 102 financial statements for various entities.
• Identify process improvements with the Director.
• Assist with financial analysis and customized reporting.
• Generate investor reports and VAT/CIS returns; calculate NAV.
