A global real estate consulting firm is seeking a Reporting Accountant to join their UK Investment Accounting Team. This role involves delivering high-quality financial reporting solutions, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and FRS 102 standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and strong analytical skills, and will be working in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Working towards accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Experience in preparing financial statements based on IFRS and FRS 102.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client liaison for reporting.
• Produce personalized monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Create annual and interim financial statements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting.
• Generate investor reports and prepare VAT/CIS returns.
• Perform due diligence and calculate NAV.
