Queens Cross Housing Association seeks an Investment Manager to lead a £7m capital investment programme across North West Glasgow. You’ll manage major works from feasibility to completion, handle procurement, budgets, risk and programme delivery, and support the Investment team.

Social housing experience is welcome but not essential; candidates from property, construction or project delivery backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Investment Manager – Capital Projects and Property

Salary: £58,490 - £61,462 | Glasgow | Permanent, Full-time | 35 hours per week

Queens Cross Housing Association is looking for a confident property, construction or project delivery professional to lead a £7m capital investment programme improving homes and communities across North West Glasgow.

You’ll lead major works from feasibility through to completion, managing procurement, contractors, budgets, risk and programme delivery while supporting and developing the Investment team.

We welcome candidates from property, construction, consultancy, surveying, contractor‑side, local authority, asset management and wider public sector backgrounds.

Social housing experience is welcome, but not essential.
