Capstone Investment Advisors offers a ten-week Summer Internship designed to provide practical exposure to the firm’s investment activities and working environment. Interns support an investment pod and complete a defined project addressing a real business need.

Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, analytical, and motivated, with a demonstrated interest in financial markets and investment management.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Applied Math, Statistics, or related).
Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with ability to apply programming to data analysis or quantitative work.
Strong learning agility, curiosity, and ability to contribute in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse colleagues.
Professional, accountable approach aligned with Capstone culture and values.
