Job Description:

Our client is a prestigious US law firm seeking an Investment Funds Associate to join their thriving office in London.

This is a great opportunity for a driven lawyer to join a collaborative team and work closely with a market-leading partner known for their cutting-edge work across credit funds, private equity and other private capital vehicles.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising fund sponsors and institutional investors on the formation and structuring of credit and other alternative investment funds.
• Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, side letters, co-investments, and secondary transactions.
• Supporting clients with fundraisings, investor negotiations, and ongoing fund management issues.

To be considered for this role, you will need at least 5 years of post-qualification experience developed from a comparable law firm.
