Qualifications

• Experience in UK fund management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of investment funds and fund managers.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the negotiation and execution of legal agreements and documentation to support new investment funds and fund ranges.
• Manage contract amendments, renewals, novations and other changes for existing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with fund managers, legal teams, compliance and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of negotiations and documentation for governance and audit requirements.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, operational and regulatory risks during negotiations.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and drive improvements to processes and controls.
