Aegon UK plc is seeking a Fund Contracts Negotiation Manager to join the Investments team. You will lead the negotiation and execution of fund management agreements and supporting legal documents across our investment platforms, working with fund managers, legal, regulatory teams and senior stakeholders to deliver opportunities while protecting Aegon's interests.

Qualifications

• Lead negotiation and execution of fund management agreements and related documents.
• Experience in UK fund management, investment platforms, wealth, pensions or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of investment funds, fund managers, platforms, advisers and DFMs.
• Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and execution of legal agreements for new funds.
• Manage amendments, renewals, novations for existing funds.
• Build relationships with fund managers, legal teams, compliance, regulators.
• Maintain records to support governance and audits.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and related projects.
• Continuous improvement of processes, controls, and efficiency.
