The Role

We are hiring a high-caliber Director to join our Business Services team. You will lead deal origination, execution, and portfolio value creation, playing a senior role in shaping strategy and driving returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities across the UK business services sector
• Lead transaction execution including diligence, structuring, and negotiation
• Support and challenge portfolio company management as a board director
