Job summary

AustralianSuper in London seeks a Director, Private Credit (Infrastructure Debt) to lead and execute the fund's infrastructure debt strategy across the UK and Europe. You will manage sponsors, lenders and advisers, oversee financial modelling, and negotiate terms through to closing.

The role reports to the Head of Private Credit Infrastructure Debt and is based in London with a hybrid work arrangement. Senior leadership and governance experience are essential.

• Extensive experience in private credit or infrastructure debt investment.
• Proven ability to lead due diligence, underwriting and investment committee processes.
• Strong financial modelling skills and governance documentation experience.
