Job summary

Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Content Manager to oversee the lifecycle of investment marketing content for MCQS, ensuring timely production of high-quality collateral across asset classes and channels. You will coordinate materials, maintain messaging consistency, and drive efficiency through CMS and AI-enabled workflows on a global scale.

The role partners with investment, distribution, compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance, brand standards and accurate content

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience within asset management, investment marketing or product marketing.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Strong Excel capabilities including charting and data visualisation.
• Experience with content management platforms such as Allego, Seismic or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance and production of marketing collateral and reporting across multiple distribution channels.
• Ensure governance and compliance, version control and brand messaging consistency.
• Manage content within approved CMS and drive AI-enabled content solutions and knowledge management.
• Improve content development workflows through automation and technology.
• Maintain rigorous quality-control processes ensuring accuracy and client-appropriate messaging.
