We’re looking for an experienced Compliance professional to support our client who are a leading Investment Manager. The successful candidate will form part of the European Product team in a broad advisory role, focused on product governance, regulatory compliance, and conduct. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and support a growing product range, including UCITS mutual funds and ETFs.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on compliance and conduct matters across the product lifecycle
• Support product development and fund changes with regulatory input
• Help shape and embed product governance frameworks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, and Investments
• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory topics like Consumer Duty, ESG, and Product Disclosure
• Contribute to briefings, training, and board updates

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in asset management compliance
• AIFMD experience
• Strong understanding of UCITS, UK/Ireland product requirements, and fund governance
• Familiarity with PROD, Consumer Duty, SFDR, and Sustainability Disclosures
• Collaborative mindset, commercial thinking, and great communication skills
