Job summary

First Quantum Minerals is a leading global mining and metals company, focused on copper, nickel, gold and cobalt. We seek a senior finance professional to lead complex financial modelling, valuation, and strategic forecasting across global operations.

You will work with senior leadership on capital allocation, portfolio optimization, and due diligence for inorganic opportunities, while driving governance and performance analytics in a dynamic, demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business or related field.
• CFA, MBA or accounting qualifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for the group.
• Prepare DCF, NPV, IRR, payback and sensitivity analyses.
• Support capital allocation, portfolio management and governance.
• Contribute to corporate finance, strategy and long-term planning.
• Assist in M&A, due diligence and integration planning.
