Job summary

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. is seeking a senior finance professional to join the Group Finance team. You will lead financial modelling, investment governance, and portfolio evaluation across mining assets, development projects and corporate initiatives.

You will collaborate with operations, technical, and executive teams to drive strategic planning, scenario modelling and value creation while ensuring disciplined capital allocation and post-investment reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• CFA, MBA or accountancy qualification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for the Group.
• Perform DCF/NPV/IRR analysis and sensitivity tests.
• Assess greenfield and brownfield growth projects.
• Support investment papers and board materials.
