Investment Banking Vice President (M&A Advisory, US Global Independent)

Based in London, our client, a leading US global independent investment bank, is hiring a Vice President (VP level depending on experience) to join their Business Services (M&A) team.

The Business Services team specializes in professional services sectors such as legal, accountancy, and tech services, and has completed several sector-defining transactions.

The team primarily conducts sell-side M&A, including large-cap work (e.g., £1B+) and increasingly with PLCs. Knowledge of UK takeover code, multiple product applications, and Public to Private transactions is advantageous.

Requirements for consideration:

• 5-7 years of experience in a full-service (preferably Bulge Bracket) investment bank or leading independent platform in London. Experience in Business Services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial valuation methodologies and their applications.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Robust qualitative and quantitative research abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
