Job Summary

Join as an Analyst within the investment banking, Transportation and Logistics team in London. Support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity, and other financial advisory services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing mandated deals
• Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials
• Gather public information from various sources
• Create financial model analyses
• Analyze company performance on absolute and relative bases
• Draft marketing documents for clients
• Maintain databases
• Conduct general research
• Support other transaction teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Analyst experience at an Investment Bank or Corporate Finance / Valuation teams at Big Four or similar
• Preferably ACA / CFA qualified
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, professional work ethic
• Knowledge of Investment Banking services and creative application skills
• Fluent in English

Additional Skills:

• European language proficiency is a plus
