Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll review equity datasets, analyze reports, and develop investment theses, while applying your expertise to train AI systems. This contractor role is remote and offers exposure to multiple sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this dynamic engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
