Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team is responsible for the origination and execution of various transaction types, including IPOs, Rights Issues, ABBs/Blocks, Equity-linked instruments, and Equity Private Placements.
As an Investment Banking Associate within the UK & Ireland ECM team, you will assist in preparing origination and marketing materials to pitch new ideas and execute transactions for clients. You will be involved in ECM coverage for a variety of corporate clients across industries and work closely with other corporate finance and capital markets teams within the bank, such as investment banking coverage, industry teams, mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, acquisition and leveraged finance, and equity derivatives.
