Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business.

As an Associate in our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, you will work alongside top-tier professionals in a fast-moving environment. You will gain a strong foundation in financial services through hands-on learning, mentorship, and development opportunities.

The ECM team handles origination and execution of transactions such as IPOs, Rights Issues, ABBs/Blocks, Equity-linked instruments, and Private Placements.

Your role will involve preparing materials for pitches, supporting transaction execution, and collaborating with various teams within the bank, including corporate finance, M&A, debt capital markets, and derivatives. You will also engage in market analysis, investor targeting, and liaising with clients and internal teams.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in preparing origination and marketing materials for new transactions.
• Participate in the origination and execution of ECM transactions.
• Draft market updates for clients.
• Conduct investor targeting and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with sales, research, and syndicate teams for market intelligence.
• Coordinate with clients and legal teams during transactions.
