To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to support risk mitigation and protect operational, financial, and reputational interests.
Contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and recommend changes. Manage resources, budgets, and policies; lead continuous improvements; and escalate breaches. If managing a team, define roles, plan for future needs, and lead performance management. Demonstrate leadership behaviors to foster a thriving environment, including listening, inspiring, aligning, and developing others. For individual contributors, act as a subject matter expert, guide technical direction, lead assignments, and mentor less experienced staff.
