Job summary

Dartmouth Partners in London is seeking an Associate for its Technology, Media & Telcos corporate finance team to support M&A and ECM across a blue-chip client roster.

You will work with a tight-knit team of investment bankers advising FTSE-listed and high-profile corporate clients, handling retained and target deals, and producing marketing materials for sponsors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bulge bracket investment bank is essential.
• Prior TMT exposure is preferred but not a hard requirement.
• Strong financial modelling skills and transactional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident presenting to clients and senior executives.
• Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to spot cross-product opportunities.
• A team player with real drive, dynamism and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Our client is a global US independent advisory firm - widely regarded as one of the top platforms globally - and is looking to hire an Associate into its Technology, Media & Telecommunications team in London.

This is a well-established, highly regarded team with a blue-chip client roster that includes some of the most recognisable names in UK tech, media and telecoms. If you're looking to deepen your sector expertise and work on genuinely high-profile mandates — this is a role worth knowing about.

You'll join a close-knit team of 10 investment bankers, advising FTSE 250 listed corporate clients across Tech, Media and Telcos.

Day-to-day, you'll be covering retained and target corporate clients, pitching to financial sponsors, and working across a varied deal flow spanning M&A and ECM.
