Job summary

Metis Search is partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire an Associate for its Technology M&A team in London. The role offers exposure to high-quality mandates and a platform with strong deal flow across software, IT services, fintech and digital infrastructure.

You will support execution of M&A transactions, build models and valuations, prepare client materials, and conduct industry analysis, working closely with senior bankers and advisers.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-6 years’ investment banking experience, ideally within Technology M&A.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a strong desire to develop.
